Kickapoo Tribe of Oklahoma Receives Approval for Residential Leasing Ordinance Under HEARTH Act

The Bureau of Indian Affairs approved the Kickapoo Tribe of Oklahoma's Residential Leasing Ordinance, allowing the tribe to enter into residential leases without further BIA approval, as mandated by the Helping Expedite and Advance Responsible Tribal Homeownership Act of 2012 (HEARTH Act).
