U.S. Department of Commerce Initiates Circumvention Inquiry on Chinese 1-Hydroxyethylidene-1, 1-Diphosphonic Acid Imports

The U.S. Department of Commerce is launching a country-wide investigation to determine if Chinese imports of 1-Hydroxyethylidene-1, 1-Diphosphonic Acid, altered in minor respects, are evading antidumping and countervailing duty orders.
