DoD Modifies Sexual Assault Incident Database System of Records

The Office of the Secretary of Defense is updating the Defense Sexual Assault Incident Database system to include information on retaliation claims and expand its scope to include the U.S. Space Force, in compliance with the National Defense Authorization Act and other laws.
