EPA Disapproves Texas Air Plan Revision

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has disapproved a revision to the Texas State Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted by the State of Texas, which aimed to address visible emissions and particulate matter during planned maintenance activities at electric generating units.
