DOE Decides to Construct Aboveground Storage Facility for Failed Melters at DWPF

The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) has decided to construct an aboveground storage facility for two failed melters from the Defense Waste Processing Facility (DWPF), replacing underground storage units. This decision was analyzed in the Supplement Analysis for Defense Waste Processing Facility Failed Melter Aboveground Storage (DOE/EIS-0082-S-SA-01).
