EPA Corrects Delaware Air Plan Disapproval

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is correcting a portion of its October 23, 2023, disapproval of Delaware's State implementation plan (SIP) revision due to an error, as per section 110(k)(6) of the Clean Air Act (CAA).
