EPA Proposes Approval of Lehigh Cement Company LLC Source-Specific Air Quality Implementation Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a revision to New York's State Implementation Plan for the ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standard, related to a Source-specific SIP revision for Lehigh Cement Company LLC, a Portland cement kiln in Glens Falls, New York.
