NMFS Publishes Standard Ex-Vessel Prices for Groundfish and Halibut Under North Pacific Observer Program

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has published standard ex-vessel prices for groundfish and halibut to calculate the observer fee under the North Pacific Observer Program. The fees are due to NMFS by February 15, 2026.
