EPA Approves Revisions to Colorado Common Provisions Regulation

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved revisions to the Colorado State Implementation Plan (SIP) to address affirmative defenses for excess emissions during startup, shutdown, and malfunction events, as submitted by the State of Colorado in response to the EPA's 2015 Findings of Substantial Inadequacy.
