EPA Approves Indiana's Update to CFR References in Indiana State Implementation Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) approved an Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) request to revise the Indiana State Implementation Plan (SIP) by updating the Indiana Administrative Code (IAC) definition of 'References to the Code of Federal Regulations' from the 2018 edition to the 2022 edition.
