Air Plan Approval; KY; Revisions to Jefferson County Control of Open Burning

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving revisions to the Jefferson County portion of the Kentucky State Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted by the Commonwealth of Kentucky through the Kentucky Division for Air Quality (KDAQ) on May 30, 2023. The changes clarify rules for controlled burns and District-approved accelerants.
