EPA Announces Draft Analyses Comparing Aquatic Life Protective Values for Pesticides

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is releasing draft analyses comparing pesticide benchmarks developed under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) to Clean Water Act (CWA) criteria for aquatic life protection, with public comments accepted for 30 days.
