EPA Approves Ohio Nitrogen Oxide Standards Rules

The Environmental Protection Agency has approved revisions to Ohio's State Implementation Plan for nitrogen oxide standards, submitted by the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency on November 4, 2024, to help the state attain and maintain National Ambient Air Quality Standards for nitrogen dioxide.
