WAPA Proposes New Formula Rates for Pick-Sloan Missouri Basin Program

The Western Area Power Administration (WAPA) is proposing new formula rates for the Pick-Sloan Missouri Basin Program--Eastern Division to recover costs for the Upper Great Plains region, which could expand participation in the Southwest Power Pool's Open Access Transmission Tariff if approved.
