NYSE Files Proposed Rule Change to Enhance Public Availability of Company Information

The New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) has filed a proposed rule change to extend the timeline for implementing a rule that enhances the public availability of certain information received from its listed companies. The rule change, if approved, would allow the NYSE to make this information publicly available sooner.
