FAA Accepts Means of Compliance for Small Unmanned Aircraft Operations Over Humans

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has accepted a means of compliance for small unmanned aircraft (sUA) Category 2 and Category 3 operations over human beings, as proposed by the Virginia Tech Mid-Atlantic Aviation Partnership (VT MAAP).
