ACF Corrects Final Rule on AFCARS Regulations

The Adoption and Foster Care Analysis and Reporting System (ACF) is correcting a final rule related to AFCARS regulations, which will require state agencies to collect and report additional data on children in out-of-home care under the Indian Child Welfare Act of 1978, effective 30 days after publication.
