U.S. Department of Commerce Notifies Scope Ruling Applications Filed in Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Proceedings

The U.S. Department of Commerce received scope ruling applications to determine if products are covered by antidumping duty and/or countervailing duty orders, and will issue scope rulings in November 2024.
