Hawaii Seeks 5-Year Exemption from Commercial Driver's License Requirements

The State of Hawaii has applied for a 5-year exemption from certain portions of the commercial driver's license (CDL) skills test and entry-level driver training (EDLT) curriculum requirements, which would allow for more flexible training on the islands of Lanai and Molokai.
