FMCSA Extends Compliance Date for Broker and Freight Forwarder Financial Responsibility Rule

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has extended the compliance date for certain provisions of its 'Broker and Freight Forwarder Financial Responsibility' rule from January 16, 2025, to January 16, 2026, to allow regulated entities time to use its upcoming online registration system.
