EPA Solicits Public Comment on Preliminary Lists of Manufacturers Subject to TSCA Fee Obligations

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is soliciting public comment on preliminary lists of manufacturers subject to fee obligations for five chemical substances undergoing risk evaluations under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). The lists include manufacturers and importers of High-Priority Substances, and the comment period allows for corrections and self-identification.
