Name Change From Office of Child Support Enforcement to Office of Child Support Services

The US government has updated its child support regulations to reflect the new name of the Office of Child Support Services (OCSS), aligning with recent rulemaking and Tribal child support processes, following a name change announced in the Federal Register on June 5, 2023.
