HUD Extends Compliance Date for Housing Opportunity Through Modernization Act

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is extending the compliance date for its final rule on the Housing Opportunity Through Modernization Act of 2016 for various programs, including HOME and CDBG, until January 1, 2026, and allowing grantees to set earlier compliance dates.
