NRC Grants Exemption to Constellation Energy for Nuclear Storage
The US Nuclear Regulatory Commission has granted an exemption to Constellation Energy Generation, LLC, allowing the Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station to store spent fuel in a non-compliant condition, pending compliance with revised specifications.
