NRC to Consider Amendment Request for Grand Gulf Nuclear Station, Unit 1

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is considering approval of an amendment request for Grand Gulf Nuclear Station, Unit 1, which proposes a no significant hazards consideration (NSHC) determination and contains sensitive unclassified non-safeguards information (SUNSI). The NRC will impose procedures for accessing SUNSI for those who file a hearing request or petitions for leave to intervene.
