NRC Staff Makes Finding of No Significant Impact for Kemmerer Power Station Unit 1 Exemption Request

The US Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff is making a finding of no significant impact (FONSI) for a proposed exemption to allow non-safety-related construction at the Kemmerer Power Station Unit 1 facility, owned by TerraPower, LLC's subsidiary US SFR Owner, LLC. This exemption would enable driving of piles and installation of foundations for non-safety-related structures.
