Holtec Decommissioning International, LLC and Holtec Palisades, LLC: Environmental Assessment and Finding of No Significant Impact for Palisades Nuclear Plant

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) are issuing an environmental assessment and finding of no significant impact for the Palisades Nuclear Plant, which includes reauthorizing power operations and refueling the reactor. The DOE plans to provide a loan guarantee to support these activities.
