Tennessee Valley Authority Exemption from NRC Regulation for Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is issuing an exemption from the regulation requiring the referral of Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant (BFN), Units 1, 2, and 3, Facility Operating License renewals to the Advisory Committee on Reactor Safeguards (ACRS) for review and report.
