NRC Grants Exemption to Dresden Nuclear Power Station

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has issued an exemption to Constellation Energy Generation, LLC, allowing the Dresden Nuclear Power Station, Unit Nos. 2 and 3, to bypass the requirement of referring the renewal of its Facility Operating License to the Advisory Committee on Reactor Safeguards (ACRS) for review and report.
