Duke Energy Progress LLC Exemption from NRC for American Society of Mechanical Engineers Code Case N-921 Implementation

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is granting an exemption to Duke Energy Progress, LLC, allowing the implementation of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers Code Case N-921 after the start dates of the sixth Inservice Inspection (ISI) interval at the H.B. Robinson Steam Electric Plant, Unit No. 2.
