Extension of Bonds for Prospective Subcontractors Requested by OFPP, DoD, GSA, and NASA

The Office of Federal Procurement Policy (OFPP), Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) request public comments on extending the use of bonds for prospective subcontractors until October 31, 2029. The proposed extension is based on the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 and OMB regulations.
