USITC Investigates Netlist, Inc. for Alleged Patent Infringement on DRAM Devices

The US International Trade Commission (USITC) has instituted an investigation into Netlist, Inc. of Irvine, California, on behalf of Netlist, Inc. for alleged patent infringement on dynamic random access memory (DRAM) devices, products containing the same, and components thereof.
