USITCO Investigates UnaliWear for Patent Infringement on Wearable Devices

The US International Trade Commission (USITCO) has initiated an investigation into UnaliWear, Inc. for allegedly infringing on two patents related to wearable devices with fall detection, following a complaint filed on December 12, 2025.
