US Commission Launches Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Investigations into Chinese and Indian Graphite Electrodes

The US International Trade Commission has initiated investigations into imports of large diameter graphite electrodes from China and India, alleging they are sold at less than fair value and subsidized by the governments of China and India.
