USITC Investigates Allegations of Patent Infringement by Certain MRAM Devices

The US International Trade Commission (USITC) has initiated an investigation into allegations of patent infringement by certain magnetoresistive random access memory (MRAM) devices, products containing the same, and components thereof, following a complaint filed by Avalanche Technology, Inc. on January 28, 2026.
