US International Trade Commission Finds Violation of Tariff Act, Issues Exclusion Order and Cease and Desist Orders

The US International Trade Commission has found Hezeyunjiangjixieshebeiyouxiangongsi (Maomaohouse), Guangzhou Lesenyu Dianzishangwu Youxiangongsi (Le Sengyu), Hefeiweifengshidaishidaimaoyiyouxiangongsi (HealthSTEC), ShenzhenShi Julonghui Trading Co., Ltd. (Edermurs), and Shenzhenshi Lishian Keji Youxiangongsi (Lishian) in violation of Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, and has issued a general exclusion order and cease and desist orders against Maomaohouse, Le Sengyu, HealthSTEC, and Lishian.
