U.S. International Trade Commission Affirms General Exclusion Order for Electrolyte Containing Beverages

The U.S. International Trade Commission has determined to issue a general exclusion order prohibiting the importation of electrolyte containing beverages that infringe on four U.S. trademarks. The investigation into Certain Electrolyte Containing Beverages and Labeling and Packaging Thereof has been terminated.
