US Institution of Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Investigations on Tris and Tris HCI from China

The US Commission has initiated antidumping and countervailing duty investigations into Tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane and Tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane hydrochloride imports from China, alleging they are sold at less than fair value and subsidized by the Chinese government. The investigations must be completed by June 5, 2026.
