US Commission Schedules Final Phase of High Purity Dissolving Pulp Investigation

The US Commission has scheduled the final phase of an investigation into high purity dissolving pulp imports from Brazil and Norway, which Commerce previously found to be subsidized and sold at less-than-fair-value.
