US Commission Schedules Final Phase of Van-Type Trailer Investigation

The US Commission is scheduling the final phase of an antidumping and countervailing duty investigation into van-type trailers and subassemblies imported from Canada, China, and Mexico, following preliminary findings by the US Department of Commerce that these imports are subsidized by the Chinese and Mexican governments.
