USITC Issues Final Determination in Voltage Patent Infringement Case

The US International Trade Commission has found Voltage, LLC and Ningbo Voltage Smart Production Co. to have violated US patent laws by importing and selling infringing photovoltaic trunk bus cable assemblies and components, and has issued a limited exclusion order and 100% bond.
