USITC Solicits Public Comments on Potential Violation of Section 337

The US International Trade Commission (USITC) is soliciting public comments on the public interest issues related to a potential violation of Section 337, following an Initial Determination issued by the presiding chief administrative law judge on June 5, 2026.
