SunCoke Technology and Development LLC and Jewell Coke Company L.P. have filed a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission alleging violations of U.S. Patent No. 12,600,915 and U.S. Patent No. 12,331,367, seeking a limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders.
