Allocation of Spectrum for Non-Federal Space Launch Operations

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has implemented provisions of the Launch Communications Act (LCA) to authorize and facilitate commercial space operations in specific frequency bands. The FCC reallocates the 2360-2395 MHz band for non-Federal Space Operation and incorporates it into its existing space launch regulatory framework.
