(Channel 33 or Petitioner), the licensee of KHSV, channel 2, Las Vegas, Nevada (Station or KHSV). Petitioner requests that the Bureau substitute channel 23 for channel 2 at Las Vegas, Nevada in the Table of TV Allotments (table).
