US FCC to Consider Multiple Rulemaking Petitions

The US Federal Communications Commission (FCC) will consider several rulemaking petitions, including a Notice of Inquiry on advanced telecommunications deployment and a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking on reducing reporting burdens during disasters, as well as petitions related to price caps on business data services and regulation of rate-of-return local exchange carriers.
