FCC to Consider Three Notices on Wireless Telecommunications

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) will consider three notices related to wireless telecommunications: a Notice of Inquiry into state and local regulations affecting wireline services, a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking to free wireless infrastructure from regulatory burdens, and a Third Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking to combat phone jamming in correctional facilities.
