FCC Reviews Information Collection Process Under Delegated Authority

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is reviewing an information collection process as part of its effort to reduce paperwork burdens, and invites public comments on the necessity and utility of the collection. The review is required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
