Space Bureau Extends Comment and Reply Comment Deadlines for Notice of Proposed Rulemaking Regarding Facilitating More Intensive Use of Upper Microwave Spectrum

The Space Bureau has extended comment and reply comment deadlines for the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking on the Facilitating More Intensive Use of Upper Microwave Spectrum. The new deadlines are for SB Docket No. 25-305, FCC 25-70, which was released on October 29, 2025, and published in the Federal Register on December 3, 2025.
