Information Collection Request Submitted to OMB for Review and Approval; Comment Request; NSPS for Coal Preparation and Processing Plants (Renewal)

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has submitted an information collection request (ICR) for NSPS for Coal Preparation and Processing Plants to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval. The ICR, currently set to expire on May 31, 2022, is being proposed for a renewal with an additional 30-day public comment period.
